You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your greatph Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. greatph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

greatph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond greatph's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events.
greatph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.
greatph may terminate your Account permanently if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have provided false registration information; (c) you have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or (d) greatph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, greatph reserves the right to forfeit any Balance remaining in your Account.
You may close your greatph Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination – including Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 13 – shall continue to apply after termination.

For any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

When material changes are made, greatph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
